We hope you're ready to learn something very important. Here is where Joomla starts to get very interesting. Menus are the skeleton upon which we build Joomla sites. Everything is attached to a menu in some way and it is Menus that determine how people navigate around your site. But In Joomla, menus aren't just about navigation, but also controlling the actual site layout, including what pages get assigned to what URLs. For our Newspaper site example, we want to create a series of simple menus to cover our News topics. We'll expand these further as we develop the site. Since our site has Local, National and World News topics, we want to create top-level menu items to handle that. We also want to create sub menu items for each category under each section. Mike Theiss of Ultimate Chase captures some of the strongest winds ever caught on video inside a Hurricane with an estimate wind gust well over 155mph during Hurricane Charley on August 13th, 2004 in Charlotte Harbor, Florida. This rare Category 5 wind gust is embedded with in Charley's eyewall with sustained winds of 125mph. Mike believes a "mini-swirl" or "sub-vortices" was embedded in the eyewall and went right over his location during this sudden wind gusts. Scientist believe Hurricane Andrew had numerous "mini-swirls" that devastated South Florida back in 1992. While in Charley's eye Mike recorded a low barometric pressure of 942mb which was used in The National Hurricane Centers final report of Hurricane Charley. A remake of our original Blends Chant, this time Listen and Repeat! This version contains many significant changes to both illustrations and content. These changes were made for the students and families of Ms. Smith's class at Hallmoor School, Birmingham, UK. Warm wishes from ELF Learning! Changes include: 1. This might not perfectly match how your menus are laid out, but simply the major top-level breakdown of your content article. Categories allow you to break up sections into more detail. Google Tech Talk March 19, 2010 ABSTRACT Presented by Geoff Hinton, University of Toronto. Deep networks can be learned efficiently from unlabeled data. The layers of representation are learned one at a time using a simple learning module that has only one layer of latent variables. The values of the latent variables of one module form the data for training the next module. Although deep networks have been quite successful for tasks such as object recognition, information retrieval, and modeling motion capture data, the simple learning modules do not have multiplicative interactions which are very useful for some types of data. The talk will show how to introduce multiplicative interactions into the basic learning module in a way that preserves the simple rules for learning and perceptual inference. The new module has a structure that is very similar to the simple cell/complex cell hierarchy that is found in visual cortex.
