Back to Basics is the third full-length English studio album by American singer Christina Aguilera. The album features what Aguilera describes as "a throwback to the 20s, 30s, and 40s-style jazz, blues, and feel-good soul music, but with a modern twist." The album has yielded three commercial singles: "Ain't No Other Man", "Hurt" and "Candyman". "Slow Down Baby" was used as a promotional single to promote her tour in Australia and "Oh Mother" was released as the album's fourth single in some parts of Europe. The album made Aguilera's second US non-consecutive number-one album. Aguilera also had two nominations for the Grammy Awards in the categories Best Pop Vocal Album, Best Female Pop Vocal Performance ("Candyman") and won the category of Best Female Pop Vocal Performance . Aguilera took inspiration for the production of the album from Billie Holiday, Otis Redding, Marvin Gaye, Etta James and Ella Fitzgerald. Becca Butcher got involved in Pole Fitness when her, and her husband went in for a couples class at a local pole fitness studio. She was hooked from her very first spin and hasn't been able to stay away since. She started going to classes once a week then after 3 months, started substitute teaching. At 5 months of pole experience she began instructing the advanced classes, and every level of pole. In her first Competition she placed First in the Tricks Competition and Second in the advanced category. It opened the doorway to many more opportunities for performing and competing. Having never done any form of dance, it has been a bit of a challenge for her to learn grace and elegance. But she finds the challenge exciting, and enjoys mixing power moves with slow combos. She loves researching new moves and combinations to share with all the girls and learn together and challenge each other. She thinks It's wonderful to come to the studio, and leave feeling empowered as a woman. Becca has had the fantastic opportunity to perform at some very exciting competitions. She was selected as one in only 6 women in the United States to compete in the the first Pole Superstar competition in New York City, then shortly after was selected to compete in the first Amateur division for the National championship <b>...</b> |

Providing better grip on the court and remained durable throughout the testing phase. Cushion is great, especially if you are a fan of Zoom Air. Larger players may want to consider the Jordan 2011 A Flight. Materials are top notch. Genuine leather featured on the heel and toe (some models have patent leather or nubuck) while the Jordan Brand specific Fuse tech proved to be much more comfortable than any performance model featuring Fuse. Lock-down was also great, allowing a quick player to stay agile and change directions rapidly and effortlessly. Price, coming in at no more than $120 you get more bang for your buck in the Jordan 2011 Q Flight than other shoes within the same category. Cons- Ventilation, while improved from the Jordan 2011, still was compromised to a degree due to the inner boot. Heel slip, if not laced to the second eyelet is a possibility. Heel notches would have been a welcomed addition yet the inner sleeve prevented that option to be made available. These shoes also run true to size. Thanks for watching!!!! |
